Star Precision in conjunction with Metalab, manufactured the initial prototype. The Canopy, was made from 11 Gauge Steel Sheets, cut on a CO2 Laser Machine. The intricate pattern required attentiveness and superior laser cutting quality to achieve the finished product. Once completed, the parts were welded together per Metalab’s blue print and upon quality approval, the Canopy was taken to Star Precision’s approved paint vendor for powder coating “Sky White” Color. Once painted, Star Precision performed final inspection and presented the finish product to Metalab.
